The intended process

You describe the service you need and provide a way to contact you. Our team reviews coverage, identifies the plumber who can assess the job, and confirms any visit details with you first. The plumber discusses the issue, assesses the work, and provides a written quote if work is proposed.

You decide whether to authorize the proposed work. The plumber performs approved plumbing work. The service agreement and payment terms will be explained before you authorize the job; a form request alone does not establish them.

Clear information before you decide

The initial focus is Pearland, including 77581 and 77584. Actual coverage and any permit requirements need confirmation for the job address. Ask the contractor about assessment charges, the proposed scope, exclusions, and warranty responsibility before authorizing work.

Requests go first to our team in the private Grifflit dashboard for coverage review. We identify the plumber before sharing the request and confirming a visit with you. A form receipt confirms capture; it does not establish a booking.
